  • 4.2. If we discover that a user under 18 has accessed our services, we reserve the right to terminate their account immediately.

  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Data Retention Policy – We retain personal data for 15 months or until the end of the agreement. After this period, data is securely deleted.
  • Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) – We use third-party services, including Stripe, and ensure DPAs are in place to safeguard user data.
  • Explicit Consent Mechanisms – Users must actively consent to data collection by filling out the Application Form and our Matchmaker Expert and Matchmaker Expert Plus Questionnaires.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and digital materials, is the property of Harmony Nest and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without our written permission.

7. Security, Cybersecurity, and Fraud Protection

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

8. AI & Automated Processing

  • AI in Matchmaking – We integrate AI and algorithmic tools for matchmaking only during the Application Form process when users create a personal account with us.
  • AI-Generated Ideal Partner Portraits – In the future, users may receive an AI-generated Ideal Partner Portrait based on their honest answers.
  • Transparency & User Rights – Users will be informed when AI is used and have the right to opt out of AI-driven recommendations.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide our services "as is" without guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access.
  • Harmony Nest is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website.
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from external links, third-party services, or technical disruptions.

10. User Responsibility

  • Users must provide accurate and truthful information when using our services.
  • Any misuse of our platform, including false representation or fraudulent activity, may result in immediate suspension or legal action.
  • Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while engaging with our platform.
