  • Communication Data: Any messages, emails, or calls between you and Harmony Nest.

  • You register an account on our website.
  • You fill out matchmaking forms and questionnaires.
  • You make payments through Stripe.
  • You interact with our support team.
  • You visit our website (via cookies and analytics tools).

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Providing Services: To facilitate matchmaking, networking events, and coaching programs.
  • Processing Payments: Securely handling transactions through third-party payment processors.
  • AI-Driven Matchmaking: (Where applicable) Generating personalized recommendations.
  • Communication: Sending service updates, newsletters, and promotional offers (with opt-out options).
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: Protecting user accounts and preventing unauthorized access.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensuring adherence to GDPR and Irish/EU laws.

3. Data Retention Policy

  • We retain personal data for 15 months or until the end of the agreement, whichever is later.
  • After this period, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.

4. Sharing & Third-Party Processing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, we may share data with:

  • Payment Processors (e.g., Stripe) for secure transactions.
  • IT Service Providers who help maintain our platform.
  • Legal Authorities when required by law or to prevent fraud.

All third parties we work with are GDPR-compliant and have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place.

5.1. Analytics & Demographics Tracking

We use Google Signals to collect aggregated data from users who are signed into their Google accounts and have enabled Ads Personalisation. This allows us to better understand the demographics and interests of our audience. All data is anonymized and used solely for analytics and service improvement purposes. Users can opt out of Ads Personalisation at any time via Google’s My Activity.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

At Harmony Nest, we use cookies to personalize and improve your experience on our website. By consenting to the use of Statistical cookies, you also allow us to measure user behavior and preferences, including insights provided through Google Analytics and advertising platforms.
